InfinityOne reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of any services (services, products, or webpages) following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
Unless otherwise specified, the services are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the services.
1.1 The Site will maintain the normal operation of the service using reasonable methods and technology. However, during the relocation, replacement, or maintenance of related system equipment, the Site may suspend or interrupt all or part of the services, and shall not be liable for any compensation to users.
1.2 All text, graphics, user interfaces, trademarks, logos, and computer code contained on the Site (owned, controlled, or licensed by InfinityOne) are protected by copyright, patent, and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights.
In the event that the Company is unable to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure events such as fire, natural disasters, strikes, government orders, or shortages of goods, the Company shall be exempt from fulfilling such obligations to the extent affected and shall not bear any legal responsibility.
Our store will seek legal advice and take strict action against any violations of our store's terms and conditions.
If there is any doubt about the intended use of the product (such as illegal or improper use), we reserve the right to refuse the sale of that product.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You agree that the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes relating to the terms of use or ordering conditions. The Company reserves the right to refuse the sale of any products that may violate licensing terms.
